Schelling

ewe/Austria

Customer requirement: The material must pass through the production process with minimal buffer storage and very short throughput times. All cut parts, individual panels and stacks must be 100% within the specified measurement tolerances (+/- 0.2 mm). Handling as general contractor, that is, overall concept, from saw technology to material logistics on through to system software.
Schelling solution:The Schelling Standard FMH with standard precision package and individually-developed Schelling waste management.
.

HTH/Denmark

The customer's requirement: High productivity in a small space. Complex cut plans with head cut and displacement in the head and main part. Highest panel usage.
Schelling solution: With a custom-tailored concept, we were able to design a system optimally adapted for the hall and performance requirements. The system achieves the high performance demanded with max. stack heights and stacking regardless of the cut.

Homanit/Germany

Customer requirement: Homanit is specialized in the production of thin panels in various configurations. Therefore they needed a plant able feed thin panels down to a thickness of 1.5mm at high speeds. Homanit also needed optimal material protection for sensitive surfaces.
Schelling solution: A plant specially adapted with a vacuum/nip roller infeed system for thin panels with 20 infeed cycles per minute for panels down to min. 1.5 mm thickness. Also included is a smooth material transport for sensitive panel surfaces with polyamide rolls calibrated exactly as well as hard chrome plated machine tables with a table sealing system.

Kornmüller/Austria

Customer requirements: KORNMÜLLER in Weistrach/Austria is a niche supplier for specialist kitchens using a wide range of surfaces. The requirement is to provide a cost-effective connection between the board store and the Schelling cut-to-size saw whilst also managing the utilisation of rest cuts.
Schelling solution: The overall concept comprises an automatic board storage system with automatic rest part return function which also integrates a Schelling fh 6 cut-to-size saw with moving aligning-table and FXH as well as the Schelling XBoB for managing smaller rest cuts. Schelling has realized this project in collaboration with AW Bearbeitungssysteme, 3Tec, Systraplan and Hova.

Kaindl/Austria

Customer requirement: KAINDL is a worldwide leading producer of refined timber materials and laminated floors. For the cut not only capacity (approx 600 m³/d) and flexibility for smaller lot sizes are required, but also dimensional accuracy and a careful transport of plates with sensitive surfaces.
Schelling solution: The angular cut-to-size plant designed by Schelling with head cut device, four automatic stacking stations and a binding device corresponds to the specifications and guarantees through the sophisticated concept highest availability.

Piatti/Switzerland
