In the constantly growing plant at Vorarlberg, about a dozen apprentices - girls and boys - start their career each year. An early application is worth it! Five future-oriented technical instructors with three to four years of apprenticeship (warehouse logistics, plant engineering, mechanical engineering, machining, construction) are taught here in a very friendly and modern environment. A well-equipped own training workshop forms the basis of the training. A dedicated trainee and one apprentice per apprenticeship provide professional support. The collegiality between apprentices and all employees up to the boss is the basis of the special working environment.
SCHELLING has been one of Austria's best apprentices for years. Practical cooperation is the focus of the training. The apprentices already participate in concrete projects in the second year and can contribute their own ideas. Each apprentice receives a "godfather", who is at his side. Thanks to the company's worldwide activities, foreign assignments are possible from the third year onwards.
